• Out-of-stock items
We endeavour to restock out -of-stock items as soon as possible. If no stock is available, the item will be removed from the website.
• Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Itadashi has made every effort to display images of items and colours as accurately as possible on the website. However please note that colours of items varies in natural light, under studio lighting and computer monitor's display.
• Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete unwanted items from your shopping chart as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
• Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered contact customer service.
• What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Itadashi only sells and will send items in perfect condition so, in the event that you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service for this to be resolved quickly.
• What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
Please contact customer service in the event of accidentally receiving an item that you did not order.
• What about undelivered items?
Our courier partner will leave a notice card ‘Sorry we missed you', for you to collect at a later date. If the package is still not delivered after several attempts, it will automatically be returned to Itadashi. For further information concerning this please contact customer service.
• Can I place an order on your Online Shop www.itadashi.com while your store is temporarily closed for the holidays?
Yes. Orders can be placed on our Online Store at www.itadashi.com as normal. However, orders will be processed and dispatched from our return date advertised on our website www.itadashi.com and/or on our social media. For further information concerning this please contact customer service.
