Returns Information
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem – If you wish for a refund, please contact customer care (customercare@itadashi.com) in the first instance. Then, fill in the "Product Returns" form under ''Returns'' to request an RMA number.
Please note that before the item can be returned to us, customer care must confirm this with you via a confirmation email.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item including a notes of the order number.
Returned item must be in full original packaging, unused and with tag.
Returned items must be free of defects (stains, marks and smells include fragrances) for a refund to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Please note postage and package costs are non-refundable. Return costs to Itadashi are to be covered by the customer.
Postage and packaging cost on Free delivery items will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Items purchased in a promotion such as ‘’buy one, get one free’’, or ‘’free gift’’, must all be returned together in order for the return to be processed.

Itadashi is not liable for the loss of return items in transit (during a refund or exchange process). Please note it is advisable to return items to Itadashi using tracked and signed for delivery service. Failure to possess of proof of postage may result in us not being able to process your refund or exchange.
Exchange - All the above applies for items send back to Itadashi for exchange.

Lost or damaged items - Itadashi does not take accountability for any damaged or lost item. If any damages or loss occur, our Itadashi Team will carry out an investigation and open a claim against the shipping service.
A refund would be issued only after the case is solved AND when the shipping service has accepted full responsibility in the claim.
We understand the inconvenience that such situation may cause to our dearest customers, and we invite the customers to be patient and accept that these situations can happen independently from our will.
Refund process – After receiving the item, cancel the purchase within 14 days. Once the return item is received by Itadashi, the refund process can take up to 24 working days or more during busy period and depending on your bank. An email of notification will be send out to customers informing them about the completion of the refund.
Refunds will be issued to customers on the initial payment mode made when buying items.
